The Architectural Review Board (ARB) is empowered to act on behalf of the Association to implement the ARB Process and Procedure Manual as revised from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Association. Click here for access to the ARB applicationARB ApplicationThe Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Pablo Creek Reserve establishes the community’s Architectural Review Board (ARB) and charges that board with the task of administering the processing, evaluation and approval of proposed homes and home site improvements within the community. The ARB’s purpose is to advocate the highest standards of design, material and aesthetic quality for all improvements in the community.
The ARB shall review and approve all plans for construction in the community including but not limited to the following improvements:
- New home construction, including landscaping
- Remodeling or additions to existing homes
- Fences, columns, pilasters and walls
- Swimming pools, spas, wells, satellite dishes, LP tanks and screened enclosures
- Ornamental statues, sculptures, fountains, flag poles and play structures
- Driveways, walkways and patios
- Other improvements visible from the roadway and/or adjacent properties
